Dear attendees, all kinds of payments are to be done to the hotel by filling, signing, scanning and e-mailing  the mail order form. Faxing it is the other alternative. 

Mail order form is under the menu "Registration/Payment". Please download it.

Fees are not related to paper presentations. Each and every person willing to attend the conferences should pay the appropriate fees. Fees are per person and changes upon the days of attendance to several parts of the program and accommodation.
